Beginning Runner’s Group

For almost a decade, Curt and Nancy Hoegh have led the Capital Striders Beginning Runner’s Group. Somewhat of a misnomer, these training sessions aren’t just for those new to the sport, but also for former runners who want to get back into shape.

This group has really grown with many returning year after year. A normal session attracts from 40 to 80 runners – so you won’t be alone. Get out those running shoes and join us!
