Are you a new race director wondering where to start in planning
a successful event or a seasoned race veteran who would like
a few tips to make your race even better? Either way, this
seminar is for you. There is a wealth of experience and knowledge
from successful race directors in the Capital Striders that
you can tap for help. We'll be bringing together some of the
area's most experienced race directors to share their experience
in what makes a successful race.
This seminar was held on January 17, 2004 from 9:00 am to
1:00 pm at Olmsted Elementary School at 7110 Prairie Avenue
in Urbandale. This is one block south of Urbandale High School

The registration fee was $25 (through January 10) which includes
a seminar notebook and a box lunch. Please send your check
with the completed registration form which can be downloaded
here in PDF format.
The registration deadline was January 10, 2004. Late registration
was available through January 15 for $35. For additional information,
